Support for domains without WWW

Recently there have been a lot of support inquiries on how to setup sites on SimplWeb with domains that do not use WWW.  We listened, we tinkered, tested, then updated our system to fully support domains both with WWW or without WWW.  The choice is yours:

• WWW.YOURDOMAIN.COM
• YOURDOMAIN.COM
• YOURSITE.simpwebsite.com - default

If you like, you can even have it both ways.  Keep up the good work and let us know what other features you need.
